This Interlocutory Application has been filed for seeking modification of description of the Opposite Party No.1 3.

Considering such submission made by learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to carry out the correction in the cause title, let the correction be carried out in Court today. 4.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner is submitted that the order dated 21.11.2022 needs to be modified. The order dated 21.11.2022 in 6th line of bottom of para-6 the word "Executive Engineer" is replaced by the word "Assistant Engineer".

Considering such submission, the prayer is allowed. 6.

Accordingly, the I.A. is disposed of.
