I.A. No.2600 of 2022

1. Heard learned counsels for the parties.

2. In the 3rd line of para-4(i) of the order dated 01.12.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.14678 of 2022, the words & figures "No.173 of 2022" are hereby corrected and replaced as "No.172 of 2022".

3. One week's further time from today is extended, as a last chance, for the Petitioners to surrender before the court below as per the aforesaid order dated 01.12.2022, but subject to payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred) to the Advocates' Welfare Fund of Orissa High Court Bar Association and producing the Money Receipt thereof before the concerned court.

4. It is made clear that, this order will not be in force, in case the Petitioners fail to take advantage of the present order.

5. The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
