It is stated that the deficit court fee has already paid. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction for early admission of the Consolidation Revision No.126 of 2011 pending before the Commissioner, Land Records and Settlement and Consolidation, Odisha, Cuttack.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the Petitioners, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs in the event the Petitioners files a memo before the competent authority for early admission of the matter within a period of seven days hence, the same shall be entertained and necessary steps shall be undertaken for admission of the Consolidation Revision No.126 of 2011 within a period of one month thereafter.
