Order No 2.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State- Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "(a) The Original Application may be allowed. (b) The respondents may be directed to consider the case of the applicant for promotion to the Level-IV of the service with effect from 28.06.2008.

(c) the respondents may be directed to clear up the arrear differential salary of the applicants within a stipulated time.

(d) Non-consideration of case of the applicant for promotion to the Level-III in 2009 and 2010 may be declared to be illegal.

(e) Such other Order(s) / Direction(s) may be issued in giving complete relief to the applicants".

Considering the submission made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Petitioner is directed to make fresh representation before

// 2 // the Opposite Party No.2 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of two (2) weeks hence.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, the Opposite Party No.2 shall do well to dispose of the representation in accordance with law within a period of 2 (two) months. The decision so taken by the Opposite Party No.2 be communicated to the Petitioner within that time.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
