01. 1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. In 1990, the applicant-petitioner entered into Government service against the post of Sikhyakarmi under the D.I of schools, Koraput Education district. Subsequently, she was regularized to the post of Primary School Teacher and now serves as an Asst. Teacher of Malichalar NUP School, Koraput. She was posted at Malichalar N.U.P. School, Koraput vide order dated 19.07.2011. However, the petitioner made representations before the opposite parties against her posting as an Asst. Teacher, since she was sufficiently entitled to a senior post. Thereafter, she was transferred to Dumuriput Hatapada Primary School. On filing an application in the Tribunal against the said posting, the petitioner was reinstated as the Headmaster of Malichalar N.U.P. School, Koraput. She was also bestowed with the duty of Superintendent of the Hostel of the Mallichalar N.U.P. School, Koraput. Nevertheless, due to lack of fund disbursal by the respondent No. 4 and 5 towards the cause of the Hostel, the post of Superintendent of the Hostel was handed over to a Junior Assistant

// 2 // Teacher of the same School. Furthermore, a suspension letter was made against her name vide order dated 07.04.2012. In view of such facts, the original application was filed, which has now been transferred to this Court.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instructions in the matter. In view of such submission, the writ petition is disposed of for want of instructions.

4. Petitioner is granted liberty to approach the Court afresh, if any cause of action is surviving.
