RJ This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 8th December, 2021, after the original application was transferred from the learned Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack upon its abolition.

On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that the matter was never taken up after 01.05.2017.

The original application was filed in the year 2012 by the petitioners/applicants before the learned Tribunal inter alia seeking a direction for preparation of the gradation list of Level-V Headmaster/Teachers for consideration of promotion to Level-IV Headmaster/Teachers.

Learned counsel for the petitioners/applicants submits that he does not have up-to-date instruction to

// 2 // pursue the matter for the present.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of due to lack of instructions from petitioners granting liberty to the petitioners to revive the same within sixty days for any surviving cause of action.
