This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to Opposite Party No. 2 for expeditious disposal of GIA case 147 of 2021 pending before the State Education Tribunal.

This Court is not inclined to entertain such prayer made by the petitioner in the writ petition. It is open to the petitioner to approach the tribunal by filing an application and in such event the tribunal shall do well to pass appropriate order on the said application. 4.
