The Original Application No.70 of 2012 was filed before the learned Orissa Administrative Tribunal. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (T) No.70 of 2012.

Mr. K.C. Sahoo, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of Ms. Iqbal Shabiya, learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has filed petition for a direction to the Opposite Parties to regularize the break in service i.e. 17.11.1994 to 09.09.1996. The representation of the Petitioner was not attended as alleged by the Petitioner. 4.
Mr. K.C. Sahoo, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of Ms. Iqbal Shabiya stated that by efflux of time, the cause of action does not survive, as such the petition is not pressed. 5.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
