1. The Petitioner's representation dated 30th September, 2022 be considered by the Tahasildar, Bahanga (Opposite Party No.3) and after issuing notice to the Petitioner as well as Opposite Party Nos.4 to 10 and giving them hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed not later than 6th February, 2023 and copy of such order shall be made available to the parties within a week thereafter. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view in the matter.

2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
