Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in T.R. Case No.114 of 2020, on the files of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Malkangiri, arising out of Orkel P.S. Case No.170 of 2020, under Sections 20(b)(ii)(c) and 27 of the NDPS Act and is in custody since 27.09.2020. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Malkangiri, by order dated 28.09.2020 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Keeping in view, the order passed by this Court dated 10.11.2021 in BLAPL No.9510 of 2020 in respect of one Samara Madkami, who is similarly circumstanced, the present BLAPL stands dismissed. 6.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands dismissed.
