This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Since the retiral benefits admissible to the deceased employee Srikanta Das, who was working as Assistant Teacher and died prematurely has not been extended to the petitioner, therefore, the petitioner claims that the benefit admissible to the employee be extended to her.

It appears that there is dispute with regard to the benefit to be apportioned amongst the claimants, thereby this Court is not inclined to entertain the prayer made by the petitioner in this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate authority for necessary declaration so as to get the benefits as due and admissible to her. 4.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Arun (DR. B.R. SARANGI, J.)
