Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.

Considering the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the parties and as this Court finds from the order-sheet of the RSA that the RSA was dismissed before admission and for petitioner not showing interest. Considering a valuable civil right is going away for technical dismissal of the R.S.A., this Court allows the CMAPL and restores the RSA No. 32 of 2016 to its original file.

Keeping in view the submission of Mr. Pattanaik, learned counsel, this Court directs the Registry to delete the name of Mr.B.M.Pattanaik-2 and his associates from the R.S.A. appearance. Registry is also records the submission of Mr.Rath, landed Senior Counsel that in the meantime the appellant has already removed the defects in the RSA No. 32 of 2016. Registry is directed to place the RSA in the assigned Bench.
