2. Mr. F.R. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the order of the Ombudsman-II (Electricity), Bhubaneswar has been substantially implemented.

3. In view of that, the petitioner does not like to proceed with the writ petition any further.

4. Having regard to the said statement made by Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the writ petitioner, this writ petition stands disposed of, as not pressed.
