This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode. 2.
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to give him promotion and promotional benefits from the date of his juniors have been promoted vide Annexures-7 and 10, within a stipulated time. 3.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already made representation before opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-11, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time taking into consideration Annexure-2 to 4 within a stipulated time, to which learned Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education Department has raised no objection. 4.
As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of directing opposite party no.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner under Annexure-11 taking into consideration Annexure-2 to 4, and
pass a reasoned and speaking order as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the certified/authenticated copy of this order.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
