Mr. C.R. Pattnaik, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the case of the petitioner is covered by the judgment of this Court in the case of Bandhua Gochhayat v. State of Odisha, 2022 (I) OLR 266. Therefore, this case may be considered in terms of the aforesaid judgment.

In view of the above submission, this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the judgment passed by this Court in the case of Bandhua Gochhayat (supra).
