It is agreed by learned counsel for the parties that the issue involved in this case is analogous to one involved in WPC (OAC) No.344 of 2017 (Hadibandhu Ranjit v. State of Odisha & Ors.), which has been disposed of vide order dated 25.08.2022 by this Court.

Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the order dated 25.08.2022 passed in WPC (OAC) No. 344 of 2017 (Hadibandhu Ranjit v. State of Odisha & Ors.), this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the said order. (Dr. B.R. Sarangi) Judge Alok
