This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Order No 2.

Heard learned counsel for both the Parties.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i). To direct the respondents to issue appointment order in favour of the applicant in the post of Junior Clerk-cum-Accountant in any Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya under Gajapati District within a period to be stipulated by Hon'ble Tribunal.

(ii) To grant any other relief as deem fit and proper".

On instruction, it is submitted that the Petitioner has already been provided with appointment as against the post of Junior Clerk-cum-Accountant in OAV, Gundima under Mohana Block in the district of Gajapati vide office order dated 07.11.2017 and the petitioner after her joining, she is continuing in the said post.

It is also submitted that the Petitioner has given a written letter indicating that she does not want to prosecute the present case.

In view of the fact that the Petitioner has been provided with the appointment and she has joined with the undertaking, no further order is required to be passed.
