Taking into consideration, the submission made by learned counsel for the parties, the CMAPL, is allowed subject to payment of cost of Rs. 2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the Welfare Fund of Odisha High Court Bar Association within a period of seven days hence.

Accordingly, the CMAPL is allowed. Consequentially, CMP No. 237 of 2020 is restored to its original number. Issue UCC of the order as per Rule.
