Heard Mr. Y.Maharana, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. M.K.Balabantaray, learned Standing Counsel for the State-Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "(a) To quash the order dated 22.12.2014 and 02.09.2015 as at Annexure-4 & 7 respectively and thereby direct the Respondents to regularize the services of the applicant as ICDS supervisors after completion of 6 years of contractual service and ensure equal pay for equal work.

(b) To direct the Respondents to regularize the service of the Applicant in accordance with the GA Department Resolution dated 15.02.2014 from the date when she has completed six years of contractual service.

// 2 // (c) To direct the Respondents to grant all financial and consequential benefits from the date of regularization of service".

It is submitted that the issue involved in the Writ Petition has been decided by this Court in its order dated 13.07.2022 passed in WPC(OAC) No.286 of 2015 and batch.

In view of that, the present Writ Petition is also disposed of in the light of the direction issued in the aforesaid WPC(OAC) No.286 of 2015 and batch.
