The Petitioner-Applicant filed O.A. No.2822(C) of 2013 before the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack, which is renumbered as W.P.C.(OAC) No.2822 of 2013.

The Petitioner-Applicant challenged the transfer order dated 21st June, 2013 (Annexure-1) passed by the District Inspector of Schools, Kendrapara. The Petitioner sought to object to his transfer to Batighar UPS to Mahanangala UPS in the district of Kendrapara.

None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call. 5.

Heard Mr. Pattnaik, learned Standing Counsel for the School & Mass Education. He submits that this being a transfer matter, by efflux of time, the matter has become infructuous.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed of as infructuous.
