The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the Tahasildar, Bhadrak to work out/ execute the orders passed by the SubCollector, Bhadrak dated 03.03.2020 passed in OPLE (A) No. 74 of 2018 which was confirmed by the Collector, Bhadrak in O.P.L.E. (R) Case No. 03/2020 vide his order dated 18.05.2022 within a stipulated period. 4.

This being the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition stands disposed of directing the Tahasildar, Bhadrak to work out/ execute the orders passed by the Sub-Collector, Bhadrak dated 03.03.2020 in OPLE (A) No. 74 of 2018 which was confirmed by the Collector, Bhadrak in O.P.L.E. (R) Case No. 03/2020 vide his order dated 18.05.2022, if there is no other impediment, within a period of three months from the date of communication of the order. Arun (DR. B.R. SARANGI, J.)
