This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.

(Virtual/Physical Mode).

It is submitted by learned Standing Counsel for State that Petitioner is no way affected by the action of the Opposite Parties as well as the Advertisement under Annexure-9, which the Petitioner seeks to challenge in the present writ petition. 3.

In such view of the matter, there is no cause of action in filing the present writ petition. Hence, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, in the event Petitioner feels that the cause of action still survives, it is open for the Petitioner to file fresh Writ Petition before this Court ventilating his grievance therein. 4.

With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
