This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

On perusal of the application, it reveals that the matter must have become infructuous with the passage of time and Petitioner must have been retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation.

In such view of the matter the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous with liberty to the Petitioner to file fresh writ petition if cause of action still survives.
