ORDER

11.03.2022 Order No.

01.

1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The applicant-petitioner, while serving as Level-V Teacher under the Elementary Cadre Rule, 1997, has filed the original application challenging the inaction of the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 in inviting application from the ZPT (non-elementary cadre teacher) for the post of CRCC, in contravention of Government guidelines. The petitioner also assailed the arbitration action of the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 in not issuing engagement order in his favour in respect of the existing vacancy post in CRCC.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by efflux of time, the case has lost its significance. In view of such submission, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.

4. The petitioner is granted liberty to approach the Court afresh, if any cause of action survives.
