The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "(a) Let the notification dated 30.07.2016 issued by the Govt. the Respondent No.1 in as much as the communication dated 10.08.2016 issued by the Respondent No.3 to the CDPO of all concerned ICDS Project impugned vide Annexure-5 and 6 be quashed. (b) Let the Authorities be directed to consider the case of applicants for their promotion to the post of Lady Supervisor as graduate Anganwadi Workers in the District of Nuapada, keeping in view their seniority in the regard, and

// 2 // (c) Let any other Order (s) / direction(s) be passed deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case".

It is submitted that the issue involved in the Writ Petition has been decided by this Court in its order dated 13.07.2022 passed in WPC(OAC) No.286 of 2015 and batch.

In view of that, the present Writ Petition is also disposed of in the light of the direction issued in the aforesaid WPC(OAC) No.286 of 2015 and batch.
