01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

3. The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for the following reliefs:

" In view of the facts stated in paragraph -6 above, the applicant prays for the following relief(s):- i) To quash the order dtd.25.09.2016 vide Annexure- in so far as it relates to appointment of applicant on contractual basis and direct the respondents to appoint the applicant on regular basis.

ii) To direct the respondents to treat the appointment of applicant on regular basis w.e.f 24.12.2006 i.e. from the date when others were appointed in pursuant to the recruitment made as per annnexure-1.

iii) To direct the respondent to grant all financial and consequential benefits w.e.f 24.12.2006.

iv) And pass such other order/orders as may be deemed fit and proper for the interest of justice."

However, taking into account the claim raised in the present Writ Petition, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to make a fresh representation before Opp. Party No.2 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of fifteen (15) days hence.

5. It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, Opp. Party No.2 shall do well to take a lawful decision on the same within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of such representation. The order so passed by the Opp. Party No.2 be communicated to the petitioner.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
