The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite party no.4 to correctly deposit the deducted amount of Rs.3540/- in GPF account no.8968 instead of account no.15561 for the period from 09/1990 to 03/1991, within a stipulated time.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-3 and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection. 4.
As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-3, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of
production/communication of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
