1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. The applicant-petitioner filed the O.A. for the Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack praying for direction to the respondent to modify the transfer order dated 21.06.2013 in respect of the petitioner on the ground that the said transfer was not coming under the purview of rationalization guideline of the Government.
3. Mr. S. Prusty, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the meantime, the writ petition has become infructuous.
