This writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner seeking a direction to the Opposite Party No.1-Collector & District Magistrate, Kalahandi at Bhawanipatna to dispose of the Settlement Revision No.167 of 2020 within a stipulated period.

Considering the facts and submissions made, this Court is not inclined to give such a direction. However, liberty is given to the Petitioner to make a mention before the Opposite

// 2 // Party No.1-Collector & District Magistrate, Kalahandi at Bhawanipatna to take the aforesaid revision for early disposal of the same. If such a mention is made, it is hope and trust that the Opposite Party No.1 will do the needful.

It is made clear that this Court has expressed no opinion on the merit of the case of the Petitioner in any manner. 6.

With the aforesaid order, this writ petition stands disposed of.
