This application under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the very initiation of the proceeding in Dhenkanal Sadar P.S. Case No. 60 of 2022 and continuance of the proceeding in G.R. Case No. 128 of 2022 before the learned S.D.J.M., Dhenkanal for the commission of offences punishable under Sections 417/420/ 465/468/471 of the IPC. 2.

Mr. S.C. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR has been registered on baseless allegations regarding submission of forged certificate by the petitioner, as the certificate submitted by the petitioner is genuine.

As the investigation pursuant to the FIR is in progress and the genuineness of the certificate will be gone into during investigation, I am not inclined to entertain this application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. at this stage.

Hence, this CRLMC is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order of cognizance in case charge sheet is filed against her, if so advised.
