1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The petitioner has filed the O.A. challenging the gradation list of Custodial Cadre Officer.

3. Since the issue pertaining to 2013 and that gradation list might have removed by now or by efflux of time, the cause of action may have been lost its significance, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.

4. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the Court afresh, if any cause of action survives.
