Learned Counsel for the Petitioner contended that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, since the petitioner was terminated from service, he may be permitted to approach this court challenging such order of termination.

In view of the above, no cause of action subsists to be adjudicated in this writ Petition. The Petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order of termination, if he is so advised. 4.
