This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction for early disposal of C.P. No.706 of 2021 pending before learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar for a decree of dissolution of marriage by mutual divorce under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.

It is submitted by Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the Petitioner that cooling off period of six months has already been over in the meantime. But learned Judge, Family Court has not taken up the matter for final disposal for which the parties are suffering. 4.
On perusal of the writ petition, it appears that the wife, namely, Saswati Lopamudra is not made a party to the writ petition. However, the writ petition is disposed of with an observation that the Petitioner, if so advised, may move learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar for early disposal of the civil proceeding. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
