None appears for the Petitioner, when the matter is called out. 3.

Mr. Balabantaray, learned Standing Counsel for the State submitted that by the impugned order of dismissal has been passed because of the order of conviction and sentence against the Petitioner in G.R. Case No.82 of 2014.

In view of the fact that the impugned order has been passed because of the order of conviction and sentence against the Petitioner in the aforesaid G.R. Case, this Court finds no illegality or irregularity in the said order and accordingly, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition. However, it is observed that if any appeal has been filed by the Petitioner against the said order of conviction and sentence, the impugned order will abide by the result of the said appeal.
