1. Heard learned Counsels for the parties.

2. Prayer for modification, as sought for, is allowed.

3. In the 3rd & 4th line of Paragrah-2 of the order dated 02.12.2022 passed in ABLAPL No. 14715 of 2022, the Sections "341/294/323/34 of IPC read with Sections 3(1)(a)(r)(s)/3(2)(va) of the SC & ST Act" is hereby corrected and replaced by the Sections "323/307/34 of IPC".

4. Two weeks further time from today is extended for the Petitioner to surrender before the learned court below as per the aforesaid order dated 02.12.2022, other terms and conditions in the said order remaining intact.

5. The I.A. stands disposed of accordingly.
