This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode. 2.
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to re-fix his pension and other pensionary benefits by adding the period of service rendered by him before the college was taken over i.e. from 09.07.62 to 08.03.71 to the service rendered by him under the Government and further seeks direction to opposite party no.2 to revise his pension arrived at after adding the period of service rendered by him before the College was taken over in the light of the resolution dated 02.05.08 under Annexure-6 and further direct opposite parties no.2 & 4 to pay him arrears arising out of the same.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner may be permitted to file a fresh representation before the authority highlighting the grievances and direction may be given to consider the same within a stipulated time taking into consideration Annexures5, 6 & 9, to which learned State Counsel has raised no
objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of with the direction that in case the petitioner, with regard to the grievance made in this petition, files a fresh comprehensive representation before the authority within two weeks hence, the same shall be considered by the said authority and pass an appropriate order taking into consideration Annexures- 5, 6 & 9 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation along with certified copy of this order.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
