Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition involves the following prayer:- "It is therefore prayed that your Lordship's may graciously be pleased to issue notice to the opposite parties to show cause as to why the writ application should not be allowed and after hearing both the parties the opposite parties the opposite party no.3 may be directed to complete the proceeding u/s. 144 Cr.P.C. within a stipulated period of time and the Opp. Party no.4 may be directed to complete the demarcation case in accordance with law within a stipulated time. And till entire exercise is completed as stated above there should be no construction work over the schedule land. And for this act of kindness the petitioner shall as in duty bound ever pray."

For the inquiry proceeding is pending in the hand of the public authority, there is no purpose in keeping such matter pending except directing the authority involved to conclude the desired request and progress through Annexure-5 series at least within a period of two
