RJ The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 23rd November, 2021, after the original application was transferred from the learned State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack upon its abolition.

On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that the matter was never taken up after 02.03.2012.

The original application was filed in the year 2011 challenging the order of transfer of the petitioner who was working as Medical Officer in-charge, Bangurigaon Community Health Center to Krushna Prasad Community Health Center. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by efflux of time nothing would survive in the writ petition for adjudication and the same may be disposed of as not pressed. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as not pressed.
