1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The petitioner-applicant, who is a diploma pharmacy holder in Civil Engineering has filed O.A. before the State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack challenging the action of the respondents in not appointing under the different Departments of the State Government as per Odisha Diploma Engineers Service (Methods of Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2012.

3. Since the matter is of the year, 2013, the cause of action no more survives. Hence, the WPC (OAPC) is disposed of as infructuous.

4. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Court afresh, if any cause of action survives.
