Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the demarcation proceeding involving the notice under Annexure-1 remains unexcutable, for there is already existence of the R.I. report as clearly appearing at page-11 of the brief thereby observing that the demarcation of the land is unsurveyable.

Keeping in view the submission of learned counsel for the Petitioner to the notice at Annexure-1 and the report at page-11, this Court permits the Petitioner to raise objection in the proceeding posted to tomorrow (19.11.2022) before the Tahasildar, ByasanagarOpposite Party No.4. In the event such objection, is raised, the Tahasildar, Byasanagar shall do well in first taking a decision on the objection of the Petitioner before proceeding to undertake the demarcation exercise.
