1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. This case has been transferred from the Odisha Administrative Tribunal after its abolition.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite his best efforts, he has not been able to establish the contact with the petitioner.

4. It is further submitted that since this case is pertaining to the year 2013, it must have lost its relevancy. Hence no cause of action survives in this case.

5. In view of the above, the WPC(OAC) is disposed of.

6. However, liberty may be granted to the petitioner to approach this Court afresh, if any cause of action survives.
