This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This contempt application has been filed alleging noncompliance of the order dated 27th August, 2021 passed in W.P.(C) No.20000 of 2021.

Compliance affidavit dated 3rd November, 2022 is filed in Court today stating that the final order passed in W.P.(C) No.20000 of 2021 has already been complied with since 8th April, 2022 and the decision thereof has already been communicated to the Petitioner vide Memo No.1151 dated 5th May, 2022.

In view of the above, Mr. Padhi, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the contempt proceeding may be disposed of accordingly.

As the order dated 27th August, 2021 passed in W.P.(C) No.20000 of 2021 has been complied with by the Collector, Nayagarh, the CONTC is dropped.
