It is agreed by learned Counsel for the Parties that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is analogous to one involved in WPC (OAC) Nos. 2642 of 2011 (Nalini Kumar Sarangi v. State of Odisha and others), which was disposed of vide judgment dated 05.08.2022. 4.
