This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Order No 2.

Heard Mr. G.R.Sethi, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Y.S.P. Babu, learned Additional Government Advocate.

3. The present Writ Petitions have been filed with the following prayer:

"to direct the respondents to absorb the applicant as constable in Police Training School, Nayagarh.

And pass such other order/orders as may be deemed fit and proper for the interest of justice." 4.

Taking into account the submissions made, the Petitioner is permitted to make fresh representation before Opp. Party No.1 in that regard within a period of ten days from today.

It is observed that if any such application is filed within the aforesaid time period, Opp. party No.1 shall

// 2 // take a lawful decision on the same taking into account Annexure-2 within a further period of two months . 6.

It is observed that this Court has expressed no opinion on the merits of the case.

Till a decision is taken by Opp. party No.1, the interim order passed by this Court on 16.1.2017 shall continue.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petitions are disposed of.

9.

The photocopy of the order be placed on the connected cases.
