The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the notice of eviction issued by the Executive Officer, Jharsuguda Municipality. Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner contended that though the petitioner is running a shop in the market complex constructed over the vacant school land, but the Executive Officer, Jharsuguda Municipality has issued an eviction notice, therefore, he has approached this court in the present writ petition. 5.
Since the Petitioner has come up challenging the notice of eviction, it is open to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate authority by filing objection, if he is so advised, so that the matter can be considered and appropriate orders can be passed in accordance with law.
