Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

It is alleged through page-12 of the brief that the Tahasildar, Salipur while providing Record of Right made an endorsement contrary to the recording vide Annexure-1 series. The recording at page-10 ascertained through disposal of a proceeding under Section 8(A) of the O.L.R. Act. This Court recording the submission of learned counsel for the Petitioner that there is requirement of hearing of clerical error involving Annexure-2, the Tahasildar, Salipur is directed to consider the request of the Petitioner vide Annexure-3 finds from Section 8(A) proceeding, the manner of disposal and recording required at his end and make necessary correction in fresh preparation of Khatian vide Annexure-2 by completing entire exercise at least within a period of one and half months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner.
