This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.
The Original Application No.307 of 2013 was filed before the learned Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OAPC) No.307 of 2013. 3.
Heard Mr. G.S. Namtoar, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. A.Rath, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

Mr. G.S. Namtoar, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has been working as Watcher in Ghatagaon Range, Ghatagaon since 01.04.1995. He is entitled to salary from 21.04.2013 onwards as he has been allowed to work as usual in the Range Office, Ghatagaon Range. He also submits that the Petitioner has submitted his grievance/representation to the Divisional Forest Officer (T), Keonjhar on 31.10.2013 which has not yet been considered. 5.
The Opposite Party No.2 is directed to consider the representation dated 31.10.2013 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with
// 2 // the copy of the representation which is made Annexure-1 to the petition in accordance with law.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
