This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This petition has been filed by the Petitioner for transfer of C.P. No.484 of 2021 instituted at the instance of the Opposite Party-husband from the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar to the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bhanjanagar.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel for the Opposite Party.

Considering the facts and submissions made, this Court is not inclined to transfer the aforesaid case to the Court of the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bhanjanagar, but directs that C.P. No.484 of 2021 pending on the file of the learned Judge,

// 2 // Family Court, Bhubaneswar be transferred to the Court of Judge, Family Court, Berhampur. Both the Courts shall do the needful on production of the certified copy of this order. 5.

With the aforesaid order, this transfer petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
