Heard Mr. B.S.Rayaguru, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. M.K.Balabantaray, learned Standing Counsel for the State-Opposite Parties.

The Petitioners have filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "(a) The impugned advertisement under Annexure-2 shall be quashed.

(b) The respondent No.1 may be directed to give 30% reservation quota to the candidates who are serving as Anganwadi Workers.

(c) The upper age limit fixing 37 years and fixing minimum qualification Graduation for the post of Supervisors for Anganwadi Workers shall not be declared as illegal and unreasonable.

// 2 // (d) The respondents may be directed to reserve 30% of Anganwadi Supervisors for the Anganwadi Workers".

It is submitted that the issue involved in the Writ Petition has been decided by this Court in its order dated 13.07.2022 passed in WPC(OAC) No.286 of 2015 and batch.

In view of that, the present Writ Petition is also disposed of in the light of the direction issued in the aforesaid WPC(OAC) No.286 of 2015 and batch.
