Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Through the Writ Petition, there is serious allegation that even in spite of the direction by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Jharsuguda in disposal of C.M.C. Case No.81 of 2019 of Section 133 of Cr.P.C., there is attempt of illegal construction of a pucca pendal. On the selfsame issue, it appears, Petitioner has already made a request to the Executive Officer, Jharsuguda vide Annexure-2. 3.

Considering the innocuous prayer involved herein, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs Opposite Party No.2 to look into the grievance of the Petitioner, vide Annexure-2 and take decision, as appropriate, keeping in view the development through C.M.C. Case No.81 of 2019 by completing such exercise within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner. Let the Petitioner files a copy of this order along with
